WHO WE ARE

president

GABRIELA TORTO

Hi, I’m Gabriela Torto, and I’m here to support you on your journey into parenthood.

I’m a wife, a mother to three amazing little girls, and a dedicated birth and postpartum doula. My passion for this work was born from my own experiences—bringing my children into the world showed me just how much the right support can shape your birth and postpartum journey. I had a birth team that empowered me with knowledge and advocacy, and that experience fueled my desire to do the same for others.

  • Becoming a parent is life-changing in every way. While the world celebrates your newborn, I know that you deserve just as much care. Too often, new parents are left to navigate recovery, feeding, and sleepless nights alone, expected to “figure it out” as they go. But you don’t have to do it alone. I believe in holding the mother—offering guidance, reassurance, and hands-on support so you feel confident, nurtured, and truly seen.

Whether you’re preparing for birth or adjusting to life with a newborn, I’m here to walk alongside you. Every birth is a transformation, and every new version of you deserves compassion and care. Let’s build the support system you need and deserve—because parenthood was never meant to be a solo journey.

Sabrina Clingo

registered nurse

  • With over a decade of experience as a dedicated labor and delivery nurse—and the invaluable perspective of being a mother myself—I understand both the beauty and the challenges of the postpartum journey. After facing my own struggles with preeclampsia and illness following childbirth, I experienced firsthand how transformative the support of a postpartum doula could be—even for just one night. That experience ignited my passion for empowering and supporting new mothers as they navigate the often-overwhelming newborn stage.

Whether it’s helping with latching, washing bottles, folding laundry, or providing light cleaning to make your days easier, I’m here to ease the load—so you can focus on bonding with your little one. As a devoted mom, wife, and animal lover at heart, I bring warmth, compassion, and expert care to every family I support.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless babies enter the world, and I’m certified in neonatal resuscitation and CPR. From feedings and diaper changes to soothing and swaddling, I’ll care for your little one with the same love and attention I’d give my own. I can also take on light household tasks, like washing bottles and folding laundry, so you can focus on what matters most—resting and recovering.

Having had three colicky babies myself, I know just how exhausting and stressful it can be to navigate constant crying and discomfort. Through experience, I’ve learned effective soothing techniques, from gentle rocking and swaddling to adjusting feeding approaches. I’m here to share that knowledge, offering support and strategies to help bring calm and comfort to your home during those tough and tiring moments.
